The Chartered Institute of Professional Financial Managers (CIPFM) is an Institute in the Southern Region of Africa which has been operating since September of 2009. We are accredited by the Ministry of Higher & Tertiary Education, Science and Technology Development in Zimbabwe. CIPFM offers a variety of specialised courses through online and face to face course delivery and tutoring based on the individual’s specialised unique career goals and prospects.

With dedicated tutors from around the world online, face to face and distance learning service to support students across the globe. Studies are conducted via web-based tutorials (individuals and groups using self-paced online resources or computer-based tutorials). We also prepare businesses with knowledge, skills and expertise to gain and maintain a competitive edge in this ever changing business environment through specialised corporate trainings, workshops and refresher courses.
Our programs are tailor-made to take into account what each student already knows, and his or her present and future needs. The highly personalised approach to planning a program of study assures that each program participant will have the most efficient, effective and valuable experience possible. The Institute
The Chartered Institute of Professional Financial Managers was originally founded in London, England in 1992 as a professional institute registered at companies house under registration number 05763363.The Chartered Institute of Professional Financial Managers UK in Southern Africa is a branch of the Institute of Professional Financial Managers (UK) – (IPFM (UK) and is a member of the IPFM International Group located in over 40 Countries around the World. The Chartered Institute of Professional Financial is registered and Accredited in Zimbabwe with the Ministry of Higher and Tertiary Education as a Non-Governmental Technical and Vocational Education Training Institute and also Operates as The Zimbabwe Institute of Professional Financial Managers (ZIPFM). CIPFM (Southern Africa) is governed by a Cohort of highly educated people who occupy four councils namely, the World Council, European Council, African Council and the Zimbabwean Council. The Southern African branch has been operational since September 2009 and it gained Chartered status in 2011 to become the second Chartered Institute of Professional Financial Mangers in the world after the Canadian branch. CIPFM (Southern Africa) since 2011 is now in a position to offer students the prestigious Chartered status upon graduation.
